A perspective on therapy

You may have a clear idea of problems to discuss and work on. Or you may not. Often people have general feeling of anxiety, loss or sadness, lack of motivation, or a feeling of disconnection from their life that they need to do something about.

Whatever you’re facing, the rhythm of regular one-to-one meetings creates a space to contain, untangle, and discover what might be going on underneath. It opens up the possibility of mental relief and flourishing through deeper understanding of oneself.

In a quiet, confidential setting, we create the conditions for the open-minded exploration of the thoughts and feelings, fears, desires and dreams that have led you to seek relief and change.
